Season 2 of The Traitors was a diabolical and delicious treat for viewers. Real Housewives fans anxiously watched former Real Housewives of Atlanta alums Phaedra Parks andShereé Whitfieldplay the game, along with Larsa Pippen from Real Housewives of Miami. And Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge also joined the quest for a prize pot of up to $250,000.
The setting is an ancient Scottish castle. Host Alan Cumming secretly selects two or three Traitors, who are tasked with murdering a Faithful every night. They must keep their identity a secret. Meanwhile, the Faithfuls try to identify the Traitors and banish them from the game at the round table. Then, the whole group competes in challenges to raise money for the cash pot. If any Traitors remain at the end, then they win all the prize money. If only Faithfuls are left, they split the cash.
Phaedra was a Traitor from the jump, and if fellow Traitor Dan Gheesling hadn’t accused her at the round table, she might have made it to the end. Her performance at the round tables, skillfully pulling apart contestant’s accusations, was a thing of beauty.
The upcoming season of The Traitors has four new housewives in the mix. So, which Real Housewives should be Traitors in Season 3? And who should be a Faithful, trying to unmask those tricky Traitors?
Chanel Ayan – Faithful
NBC shared the cast list for Season 3 of the show, and it is impressive. But I’m crossing my fingers that Bravo can clinch the win. Chanel Ayan is the most talked about star on Real Housewives of Dubai. She is a renowned model and fashion icon. I can’t wait to see all the looks that Chanel and Alan will be serving us.
Chanel is a straight-shooter, and I don’t think that she would be able to be deceptive enough to be a Traitor. On the other hand, her honesty sometimes caused clashes with her RHODubai co-stars. Chanel can’t hide her true feelings, and I love her for it. However, that could lead to some potential blow-ups in the castle. Pass the popcorn, please.
Robyn Dixon – Traitor
This former Real Housewives of Potomac star is no stranger to keeping secrets. After reuniting with her ex-husband, Juan Dixon, the couple eventually decided to remarry during Season 7. But before that happened, Juan was allegedly involved in a cheating scandal. Again.
Robyn never mentioned this relationship drama on RHOP, instead discussing it on her podcast, Reasonably Shady. Fans were furious that she hid the truth from viewers. Robyn felt that the issue was behind them, so why stir it up? Her co-stars felt that Robyn wasn’t being authentic and was being really shady.
So, this bodes well for Robyn being picked as a Traitor. She can deceive people without batting an eye. She is athletic, so having her there to help add to the prize pot is another plus. Robyn is sometimes quiet, but can also be friendly, depending on her mood. Nothing about her screams Traitor, which is perfect.
Dorinda Medley – Faithful
The former Real Housewives of New York cast member made her TV comeback in Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. She appeared in the second season, as well as RHONY: Legacy.
Dorinda is sassy and smart. She definitely could be chosen as a Traitor. But if Dorinda is feeling her spirits and drinks some, she could spill everyone’s secrets.
I think she will operate best as a Faithful. She never backs down from a fight, and I’m ready to see her interrogate some players at the round table. Sometimes Dorinda doesn’t let go of issues, so she could spearhead a campaign to banish someone.
She will be great at the social game, and I could see her going far. Make the round table nice, Dorinda.
Dolores Catania – Traitor
This Real Housewives of New Jersey star would be the perfect pick for a Traitor. She is loyal, especially to her good friend, Teresa Giudice. But she is also able to be friends with the other side of the fractured RHONJ cast. She is the only cast member who can be tight with both Team Teresa and Team Melissa Gorga.
In addition, Dolores is athletic, funny, and friendly. She will be popular with her fellow cast mates. But most importantly, she knows how to observe and stay tight-lipped. Now, with that being said, no one wants to see Paterson Dolores come to the party. Hopefully, her co-stars won’t direct any heat at her.
Below Deck alum, Kate Chastain pegged Dolores to win the game. And after being on both the first and second seasons of The Traitors, she knows what she is talking about.
After all, Dolores wouldn’t be suspected of being a Traitor. And she could go far in the game. So, that’s why Dolores and Robyn should be Traitors during The Traitors Season 3.
