TV networks and streamers are readying special programming to celebrate Independence Day 2024. We’ve compiled a list of Fourth of July offerings and how to watch. Here’s the rundown:

Macy’s 4th Of July Fireworks (NBC/Peaco*ck)
8 PM ET/PT

Hosted by four-time Grammy-nominated country artist Mickey Guyton andAccess Hollywood‘s Zuri Hall, NBC’s Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks special will feature, of course, fireworks, musical performances and appearances by special guests.

Lainey Wilson, Luis Fonsi, Tanner Adell and The War and Treaty will take the stage ahead of the fireworks display.

The 2024 edition will feature a never-before-seen firework — a silver cascading burst with a center kaleidoscope alternating red and blue. Additional effects include cross rings, strobing comets, waterfalls, Saturn circles, crackling pistils and special ghost pyro that alternates colors featuring multiple hues, NBC says.

The broadcast also will highlight individuals across the nation who are championing sustainability, accessibility, visibility for underrepresented groups, artistic expression and more, according to NBC.

CNN’s The Fourth in America will be hosted by CNN anchor and Chief Political CorrespondentDana Bashand CNN anchorBoris Sanchezfrom Washington, D.C. along with CNN anchor and correspondentVictor Blackwelland CNN anchor and Senior National CorrespondentSara Sidnerfrom San Diego.

The special will feature musical performances fromBebe Rexha, The Kid Laroi, The Killers, The Goo Goo Dolls, Kane Brown, T-Pain, Bleachers, Keith Urban, Ashanti, REO Speedwagon, Chris Young, Yellowcard, Ben Platt, Boys Like GirlsandEn Vogue. The special will also include an ensemble performance byThe United States Air Force Band.

Coast-to-coast firework shows will air live from cities across the country throughout the evening including in Boston, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Las Vegas, Nashville, Niagara Falls, New Orleans, New York City, Philadelphia, St. Louis, San Diego, Seward, Alaska and Washington D.C. Hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro, PBS’ A Capitol Fourth concert special will feature performers including Smokey Robinson, Fantasia, Darren Criss, Sheila E., Fitz and Noelle from Fitz and the Tantrums, Chloe Flower, Sister Sledge Ft. Sledgendary, Loren Allred, Shawn Johnson East, Britt Stewart and Jack Everly, along with the National Symphony Orchestra, The Choral Arts Society of Washington, Patrick Lyndy and the Ministers of Music, the United States Army Band, the U.S. Army Herald Trumpets and the U.S. Army Chorus among others.

Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest (ESPN / ESPN 2 / ESPN 3)

ESPN has exclusive live broadcast rights in the sports network’s 21st consecutive year televising the event from Coney Island, NY.Coverage of the women’s competition begins at 10:45 a.m. ET on ESPN3. The men’s competition airs at noon ET on ESPN2, with re-airs at 5 p.m. ET and 9 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Hosting the event will be the duo ofE60 and Outside the LinesHost Jeremy Schaap and Major League Eating president Rich Shea. Tiffany Greene will handle on-site reporting.

A new men’s champion will be crowned for the first time since 2016 after longtime champ Joey Chestnut — a winner in 16 of the past 17 years — was ruled ineligible to defend his Mustard Belt title after signing an endorsem*nt deal with a rival hot dog brand.

Since then, Chestnut has signed a deal with Netflix to compete in a live hot-dog-eating contest against rival Takeru Kobayashi. That won’t happen until Labor Day weekend, September 2.

Proud American Franchise (Fox News / Fox News Media Platforms)

Fox News Media will showcase its signature Proud American franchise series in honor of Independence Day with patriotic-themed programming.

FNC’s co-hosts Carley Shimkus, Lawrence Jones, Aishah Hasnie and Johnny Joey Jones will present a two-hour live program from Fox Square in New York City beginning at 8 p.m. ET entitledThe Big Independence Day Special.The show will include live fireworks from Washington, D.C., Bristol, RI, and Point Pleasant, NJ along with patriotic musical performances from former police officer and reclaimed country music artist Frank Ray. Patriotic messages from veterans and viewers will be broadcast live during the segment.

Throughout the special coverage, Fox Nation’s Abby Hornacek will be live in Bristol for the town’sOldest Independence Celebration in the Nationparade. She will interview the General Chairman Camille Teixeira as well as World War II veterans along the parade route.

The Price Is Right 4th Of July Show (CBS)
8 PM ET/PT

The Price Is Right celebrates active-duty military, veterans and their families with a special episode. The United States Air Force band “The Band of The Golden West” from Sacramento, CA makes an appearance on the show with a performance consisting of 16 Airmen-musicians under the command of Lt. Col. Cristina Moore Urrutia.
